Replacement mounts, brackets, plates, hitches and one-off parts that are no longer sold, made to fit exactly.
Many machines outlive their parts. A bracket cracks, a mount rusts out and the manufacturer stopped selling it years ago. A fabricated replacement, made from the old part or from measurements, can keep a good machine running for years.
We duplicate and improve brackets, mounts, plates, hinges, hitches and fittings. Often the new part can be stronger than the original, because we can choose thicker steel or add gussets at the failure point. Send us the old part, a drawing or good photos.
Studying why the original failed lets us improve the replacement. Thicker stock or a better weld layout often prevents a repeat.
We check the part on the equipment, so holes, angles and clearances line up. Guessing from a catalog drawing is how mismatched parts happen.
One part or a dozen, we are glad to build them. Repeat orders are easy because we keep the pattern.
If a part is critical, keep a drawing or the pattern. We can record dimensions and photos of finished parts so repeat orders are quick, and so you have what you need if the part is ever lost.
