Utility, equipment and specialty trailers built or modified to your needs, from simple carriers to purpose-built rigs.
Off-the-shelf trailers cannot fit every job. A narrow lot, an odd piece of equipment, a landscaping rig that needs a certain rack layout, a mower trailer with special ramps: these call for a trailer built around the load. Fabrication lets the trailer be the right size, shape and strength.
We build and modify trailers from steel tube, channel and plate. That includes adding ramps, side rails, tie-down points, racks, toolboxes, tongues and decks. We plan the rating, balance and layout with you, and note where registration and inspection rules apply.
We start from what you carry, how heavy it is and how it loads. Deck length, width, ramp angle and tie-down placement all follow from that.
Axles, tires, couplers and frame size are matched to the load. Tongue weight and balance matter for stable towing, and we plan the layout accordingly.
New or heavily modified trailers may need registration, VIN or inspection steps. We tell you what to check locally before work begins.
Placing the load over or slightly ahead of the axles keeps tongue weight in a safe range. We help plan deck length, axle position and tie-down layout around what you will actually carry.
