On-Site Welding Services

Professional welding at your location: new work, repairs and modifications done in place, with the setup and clean-up handled for you.

On-site welding is the answer when moving the work would cost more than the repair. Installed railings, bolted-down equipment, fences, large frames and anything attached to a building cannot be unbolted and carried across town. The welder goes to the work, and the work stays put.

Doing the job in place also means we can fit it to what is really there. Rather than working from a rough drawing, we measure the actual opening, the real posts and the true floor, then cut and weld parts that sit properly the first time.

Fit to the real site

Fabricating in place lets us check each part against the actual structure. Out-of-square openings and uneven grade are handled as we weld, not discovered at delivery.

Protecting your property

Welding blankets, shields and a fire watch protect nearby surfaces. Paint, lawn and finished floors are covered or cleared before sparks fly.

Scheduling around you

We plan access, power and timing with you ahead of the visit, so work in a busy yard, shop or building disturbs as little as possible.

Planning around people

Work in occupied homes and businesses touches other people. We talk through noise, bright arc light and access ahead of time so neighbors, staff and residents know what to expect.

Questions

On-Site Welding FAQ

What kinds of jobs are best done on site?

Anything attached to a building or too large to move: gates, railings, fences, frames, stairs, equipment bases and heavy machinery.

Is it safe to weld near my house?

Yes, with proper preparation. We clear combustibles, use blankets and shields, keep an extinguisher at hand and watch the area after we stop.

Can you work in a tight space?

Often. We bring compact tools and extra cable, and we tell you honestly if access is too restricted for a safe repair.

Will welding damage my paint or siding?

We shield and protect what we can and discuss anything that sits close to the work. Heat can mark nearby finishes, so we plan for it before we begin.

Will the welding disturb my neighbors?

There is some noise from grinding and cutting and bright light from the arc. We schedule at reasonable hours and shield the work where we can.
