Pipe Welding Services

Repairs and fabrication of steel pipe for fences, frames, farm structures, drainage and non-pressure systems, welded to fit and finished well.

Pipe is not only for plumbing. Round steel pipe makes strong fences, gates, farm panels, frames, railings, bollards and sculptural work. It resists bending and looks clean when joints are well fitted. Welding pipe takes care, because the joint curves and the weld must follow it.

We cut and fit pipe with coped joints, weld it in the right positions and finish connections neatly. We handle structural, decorative and general-purpose pipe work. Pressure piping, gas lines and code-regulated systems require qualified procedures and qualified specialists, and we do not take on that type of work.

Fit-up matters

A tight cope and proper gap give a strong, even weld. Pipe joints that do not fit require more filler and are weaker.

Position welding

Pipe often has to be welded in place, around the circle. That demands skill in all positions to keep penetration and appearance consistent.

Know what we do not do

Pressure piping, gas and fuel systems need qualified welders and testing. We stay on structural, farm and decorative pipe work and refer the rest.

Planning pipe layouts

Good pipe projects start with a cut list. We measure carefully, calculate angles and cope the ends so the finished structure is square and plumb, without surprises on assembly.

Questions

Pipe Welding FAQ

Do you weld pressure pipe or gas lines?

No. Those systems require qualified procedures, testing and qualified specialists. We do structural, farm and decorative pipe work.

Can you weld pipe in place?

Yes. We weld rails, fences and frames where they stand, in all the positions the joint requires.

What pipe sizes do you use?

Common structural sizes from small rail pipe up to larger posts and columns, matched to the job.

Can you repair a cracked pipe fence?

Yes. We cut out damaged sections and weld in new pipe, then prime and paint the repair.
