Loaders, three-point hitch parts, plows, discs, bush hogs and attachments repaired and reinforced for another season of hard work.
Tractor attachments live in dirt, rock and stump country, and they break in predictable places: hitch pins, loader arms, bush hog decks, plow beams, disc gangs and cutter blades. Because the damage is repeatable, so is the fix. We repair the break and reinforce the weak spot.
Our truck arrives with matching filler for heavy steel, plus hardfacing rods that extend the life of blades and edges. We repair cracks, rebuild worn pin bores, replace broken arms and add wear protection, so the implement works harder and breaks less.
Loaders and three-point hitches carry shock loads. Cracked arms, bent links and worn pin bores are repaired and reinforced to work again.
Plows, discs and bush hogs wear at the edge. We weld new edges or hardface the worn ones to extend service life.
Thick, high-strength steel needs the right filler and sometimes preheat. We use procedures that avoid cracking and keep strength.
Greasing pivot points, tightening bolts and checking for early cracks prevent most big repairs. Small problems found early are quick to weld and inexpensive to fix.

Often. We grind out the crack, weld with matched filler and add reinforcement plates. Severe damage may call for a new arm.
Yes. We repair cracked decks, replace worn skid shoes and cutter hardware, and weld new support gussets.
Yes. We build up and re-bore or fit bushings so pins fit snug again.
Where appropriate. High-strength steels need the right procedure, and we tell you if a part is unsuitable for field repair.
Grease pivots on schedule, avoid shock loading and inspect around welds and pin bosses regularly.
